Herbal and Holistic Health Consultation

Wouldn't a loving Creator provide everything on the planet that we need to maintain our bodies and cure our illnesses? Herbs are the Creator's gift to us and to our bodies.

I have been trained in and practice global herbalism, using herbs from Traditional Chinese Medicine, Ayurveda, and Western/European traditions. Looking at a client, holistically, I use a variety of methods to determine where a person's lifestyle, diet, and health are out of balance and what herbs, supplements, diet, and lifestyle changes will bring that person back into balance.

One of my most effective tools is Kinesionics©, a patented healing system that incorporates principles from China (through the use of acupressure points), Western countries (through the use of applied kinesiology or muscle-testing), and eastern India (through various hand poses)

My Consultation Services include:

Advice on nutrition, diet, lifestyle, and exercise.

Analysis of effective vitamins, herbs, minerals, and other supplements (considering all prescriptions and supplements you are already taking)

Referrals for other healing therapies (massage, chiropractic, reiki, cranio-sacral, etc.) that can help your body do its healing job better.

Printed information and articles on supplements, herbs, health, lifestyle, and diet.

Follow-up and monitoring.

Bulk, tinctured, or encapsulated herbs and supplements sold below retail cost.

My herbal and holistic health consultations generally take approximately an hour and are given by advance appointment at Eatonville's Wellness Center.
